The Management Center for Emergencies takes into consideration that some of you (for instance transportation companies, enterprises, industries, etc.). may not have the financial means and/or the available resources to manage the entire situation. That’s the reason that the Management Center for Emergencies offers particular support services or also offers to undertake the management of the whole situation.

 

Management of emergency calls

You don’t have an emergency department, no qualified resources and/or available after hours or on weekends. We offer to manage your calls by using our emergency number for a competitive fee.  

 

Follow-up of emergency’s costs

To your horror, you’ve endured an environmental disaster and you had no knowledge of our existence. Well no worries, we can still help, following the documentation that you’ll provide, we can revise the bills of various reports to ensure that everything has been done according to the professional standards of the trade and that the costs are justified.

 

Coordination of the emergency

Following an environmental emergency, a resource person coordinates at a distance the different actors, communicates with the various authorities, fills out the multitude of forms, receives the rapports, does a follow-up of the costs, etc. It would be our pleasure to coordinate your emergency at a very competitive rate.

 

Project coordinator / Overseeing tasks

In case you already have your own emergency team or you already do business with another firm, we recommend that you hire someone independent to oversee the work being done so as to avoid all conflicts of interest.

One of our project coordinators will gladly manage or oversee the tasks to ensure that everything go according professional standards at reasonable costs.

 

Emergency Intervention

You’ve endured an emergency and you don’t have an emergency department, the Management Center for Emergencies offers for your convenience it’s own specialized team of emergency interventionists. At your request, it’s our pleasure to send the team on-site to take charge of your emergency.

We offer a risk management service which comprises:

• risk analysis
• strengths and weaknesses
• recommendations

Furthermore, you’re in need of an emergency intervention plan for the transportation of dangerous goods or simply for an industry, it’ll be our pleasure to prepare a intervention plan according to your needs and that’ll respond to the requirements of Environment and Transport Canada. 

For training purposes, we have accredited and recognized personnel in TDG, WHMIS, HAZMAT, etc. Please communicate with us for additional information.
